How do I know if my loved one needs in-home care?
When a loved one is in the beginning stages of showing signs of loss of functionality and ideally even before then it is a good idea to begin the search for home care (services are customized to each client's needs and updated as needs change).
How quickly can I arrange for services?
We make it a top priority to respond quickly when there is a care need (within 24 hours) and can typically arrange services within 24-72 hours upon receiving a request.
Do you require a minimum number of hours and days per week in order to provide care?
We customize the care plan to the client's needs and offer schedule flexibility to provide the highest quality of care.
How are your caregivers screened?
Each member of our team undergoes an extensive background check.
What if my caregiver is sick and cannot make it to my house?
If a caregiver is unable to come during their scheduled time due to illness, an emergency situation, or vacation, another equally equipped caregiver will come in their place.
What are the advantages of home care?
With personal home care services, individuals receive exactly the level of care needed, at exactly the time they need it, each senior has exclusive access to his or her caregiver for as much as requested, and as a result, can maintain full control over what will be done each day, adhering to his or her own preferred schedule.
